How long does shipping take for large HVAC systems?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the size and weight of HVAC equipment, units are shipped via LTL freight and typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for MRCOOL products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for freight items are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
